Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 205 degrees F (96 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

Great balance
I really like that this tastes so good and that I’m not getting as much caffeine
I usually mix it with the decaf and add a little coconut milk. Not so much jitters!

Enjoying my morning Coffee Again!
I am a coffee lover! I love the smell, taste, and tradition of my morning coffee. But I had to stop drinking it for a while because it was making me hyper focused and very jittery. I started drinking tea and I was enjoying that, but really missed the smell of my morning coffee. I am so happy to have finally pulled the plug and bought a couple of bags of Purity...I can even drink the dark roast with no problem!
