Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 205 degrees F (96 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

Great Taste
Coffee has a great taste but the caffeine content isn't high enough for feeling 'picked up' in the afternoon. Maybe it's due to me having my regular cup in the "Protect" which is the highest caffeine content ;) On a nice note, I can drink this coffee much later in the day with no worries for it keeping me awake. I will always keep this on hand for the times I want a 2nd cup later in the day without all the caffeine. I do like the taste and that's as important.
