Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

This is the BEST 2/3 decaf coffee I have ever had. I am very sensitive to caffeine, but I need a small amount every day to get energized and accomplish what I need to do.

The perfect balance of caffeination
I love this blend! It really gives me all the caffeine I need without giving me jitters or upsetting my stomach. It tastes smooth, too, and has been great for adding collagen and creatine supplements. Even my mom liked it, and she never goes for anything other than fully caffeinated coffee.

The only coffee I can drink
I love this coffee. I do NOT do well with traditional coffee. It makes me anxious, jittery, just all around feel terrible. But not Purity coffee. With only 1/3 caffeine - it's the perfect blend for me. Plus, it's so pure! I love love love this coffee.
