Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Smooth and Refreshing
I have pretty much all the flavors of the Purity Coffee rainbow. All the flavors are distinctive and exactly as described, Protect is smooth going down and refreshing. As a Health and Wellness Coach and drink and recommend Purity for the obvious reasons, but they just happen to taste better than most as well.
