Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

This is the best coffee. Very smooth and easy to drink. Being a cancer survivor, having no mold and aflatoxins is extremely important to me. In addition the detoxifying properties for the liver is a huge bonus. I have recommended it to so many people.
