Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Protect
This coffee is soooo good! I’ve always enjoyed the flavor of coffee. But this coffee goes above and beyond beyond that. Unfortunately, I am caffeine sensitive, so I’m not able to enjoy a lot of coffee. However, with purity coffees, I can drink a cup, and I don’t feel jittery, or on edge. I get a smooth, clean energy boost with an absolutely delicious taste. I’m so glad I tried this coffee coffee. I don’t think I will ever turn back to anything else else.
