Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Smooth. Rich. Delicious!
We made our first Purity Coffee order last month. The five pound bag is easily divided. We grind a pound at a time and freeze the rest. The flavor of the light/medium roast is rich with no bitterness whatsoever. We will definitely be purchasing more.

The Only Coffee I’ll Ever Buy Again

Protect roast coffee
First time trying light roast coffee. Pleasantly surprised. Smells and tastes amazing. I’ve tried other “low acid” coffee. They are not. Purity brand is the only low acid coffee…according to my stomach.
