Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Excellent Daily Coffee
We’ve been drinking Purity PROTECT Light-Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee every day and have been very pleased with it. We grind the beans fresh each morning and brew it in a standard drip coffee maker using a paper filter.
The light-medium roast is just right for us. It has plenty of flavor without tasting overly dark, bitter, or roasted. The coffee is smooth and enjoyable, and the beans have been consistently fresh from one bag to the next.
We originally tried Purity because of the care they put into sourcing and producing their coffee, but ultimately a coffee still has to taste good enough to look forward to every morning. PROTECT does. It has become our regular everyday coffee, and we plan to keep buying it.
Highly recommended if you prefer a flavorful, smooth light-to-medium roast.

Delicious coffee that I feel good about drinking every day
We are BIG coffee lovers in our house. I have always bought organic coffee because we drink it everyday and coffee is a heavily sprayed crop. I have switched to Purity because it is more than just organic coffee. I appreciate the purity and testing and most of all the delicious flavor. My daughter introduced us to it and we were hooked.
