Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Huge Fan
I purchased Purity brand because of YouTuber Ben Azadi recommended it. My first purchase arrived and I didn't try it for MONTHS! To be honest I really didn't think I'd like it. But I lost 60 pounds and was taking my health much more seriously. BUT I really loved my Peets Coffee brand and really wasn't sure I wanted to give it up. I finally tried it and was relieved that I LOVED it! It's smooth, not bitter and I have not had another cup of Peets coffee since. I recently was telling a friend about Purity brand coffee and I told her that it's organic, pesticide free and free of all molds. She seemed interested. I had an unopened extra bag of Purity coffee so I dropped it off at her house. It wasn't long before she text me and told me she was hooked! She's never going back. One cup is all it took for both of us to change brands!

I love this coffee. It is delicious and I feel so much better about drinking it knowing it has been cleaned and scanned for mold to have less than a regular coffee.
