Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

A Truly Exceptional Cup of Coffee
I’m rather particular about my coffee, so I wasn’t expecting to be quite so impressed with FLOW.
It is beautifully smooth and well balanced, with a lovely depth of flavour without any bitterness or harshness. I can drink it black, which for me is always the real test of a good coffee. There’s a subtle richness to it, with those lovely chocolate and nutty notes, but it still has enough brightness to keep it interesting.
What I particularly appreciate is that it doesn’t taste like a coffee that has been made around a list of health claims. It simply tastes like very good coffee. The fact that it is organic and carefully tested for purity is an added bonus.
After trying a fair few coffees over the years, I’ve become much more interested in quality and how I actually feel after drinking it. FLOW gives me the pleasure of a really good cup without feeling as though I’m making a compromise.
It has very quickly become the coffee I reach for in the morning, and that is probably the best recommendation I can give it.
