Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Shockingly Awesome
I started looking for ‘better for you’ coffee, and I found Purity after an online search so I gave it try. The first word that came to mind after that first sip was silk, then smooth. I was surprisingly shocked in the difference in the taste. It’s difficult to give it justice with the words amazing and awesome, but that’s what it is. I have found my lifetime favorite!
