Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

If you prefer a stronger cup, we’d recommend using a little more coffee while keeping the same amount of water. Since you ordered ground, that’s the easiest way to increase the strength without changing the flavor profile of the roast. How are you currently brewing?

Hi Lauren! I'm so sorry to hear this hasn't been a win just yet. If you love a bold cup, we’d definitely try increasing the amount of coffee you’re using or reducing the water a bit to increase the coffee-to-water ratio.
Our ground coffee is a medium-fine grind, best suited for an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, AeroPress, or Clever Dripper. If you’re brewing with a different method, the grind size may not be the best match and will affect the strength and extraction of your cup. In that case, whole bean may be a better option so you can dial in the grind for your brewer and preference.
We hope a small brewing adjustment gets you the strong cup you’re looking for!

Absolutely love this coffee.
This coffee is so good. It is smooth and gentle on my stomach. It was given to me as a gift after being at a family member's house. I kept saying how much of a difference it was from the store bought coffee I was use to drinking.
She bought if for my husband and I and have not went back to store bought coffee again.
