Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Delicious!

Great coffee
The taste is great. The fact that I get lots of polyphenols is even better, so I've started a monthly subscription. I grind the whole beans and cold brew daily. I can only have one cup a day though otherwise my sleep is negatively affected.
