Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

Just started using this coffee and its delicious!
Overall I am very satisfied with this coffee. I purchased this coffee on advice from my nutrition coach as I was looking for a coffee that provides the health benefits free from many of the toxins in a majority of the coffee beans on the market. I was a little surprised that there isn't more transparency from where the beans are sourced from and how they guarantee the purity of the beans. And it took me about 2 and half weeks to get my delivery to the west coast. And this is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I will update the review as I have incorporated Purity coffee for a length of time into my routine. Thus far it's delicious coffee and I am excited for the potential health benefits of having a cleaner coffee into my routine.

Very good coffee!
I use it to make cold-brewed coffee. I noticed that lack of mold growth on the surface of the coffee when I leave the coffee and filter in the carafe for a few days. Typical store-shelf coffees generally do for mold in a few days.
The taste is wonderful and pure!
