Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Best coffee
This coffee is so good, I have almost completely stopped buying coffee from shops unless it’s a necessity. Why would I when my home coffee is better! I don’t know how I drank other mainstream brands for years. The flavor of this is amazing.

Excellency in every sip
From the robust flavor when opening the bag to grinding the beans, my mouth was watering. Used our French press to make and it was so rich and smooth I didn’t have to use a sweetener, just a little cream. Fully satisfied and looking forward to trying another bag!

Great tasting medium roast coffee
Hubby used to hate drinking coffee until I found this brand. The low acid has made a huge difference on his stomach. Now he loves drinking coffee and looks forward to his daily coffee. Excellent flavor and love how I feel after drinking this coffee.
This coffee is such an awesome find. I have been dealing with some health issues, and my regular coffee just seemed to aggravate the symptoms. The flavor is wonderful and it ships fast to me. I would recommend to anyone struggling with side effects from other coffee brands before you give up on coffee. It's so nice to have found my perfect blend.
