Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Smoothest coffee ever

I tried this coffee for the first time at a friend's house and was immediately hooked. The coffee is mild and smooth and feels better than anything else I have ever had. It lifts me out without any kind of crazy coffee buzz, and it doesn't hurt my stomach at all.

Really does protect the liver.

My liver functions had been elevated and I change my Purity coffee to Protect and liver functions returned to normal when checked a month later. Tastes good too.

Love this coffee and the customer service

The medium roast is delicious! I was a little worried that switching to a clean coffee would mean it wouldn’t be as good as the local coffees we usually buy, but we love this stuff. And the customer service is wonderful! The one time I had an issue they handled it so promptly and so well that even through a mistake I decided I’d stick with them forever. 🤪
