Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Nice Rich Taste
I rotate between a few brands to save where I can. I like to keep Purity in rotation, always enjoy the flavor - I can tell the difference between it and another brand easily. I do pour over, but just a cup with a filter and boiled water from a kettle - nothing fancy. I mix with cinnamon and clove for a spice addition. Add a little coconut milk and stevia either hot or cold, and I always regret only making a cup. Grateful there is a decaf version!
