ABOUT THE COFFEE:
This special medium roast was developed using exceptional Colombian coffees to celebrate the origin and character of a country known for its rich coffee-growing heritage.
Like every Purity coffee, it is carefully sourced, lab-tested for Purity, and roasted with a focus on preserving naturally occurring beneficial compounds. The result is a coffee that reflects our commitment to both exceptional quality and health-first standards.

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.
