ABOUT THE CAUSE:

ABOUT THE COFFEE:
Founder’s Roast is the first coffee from Purity’s coffee farm, Monte Bonito, in Colombia. Research shows strong associations between regular coffee consumption and protection against the onset of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Brewing recommendations:
This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check that your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once you open this bag, ensure it remains airtight and consume it within 10 days for optimal aromatics.
