Dark Roast Rules
I’ve tried almost all the roasts, and I believe this is the best. It doesn’t have a bitter taste like some of the others. I’m grateful this coffee is mycotoxin, free and organic.

Our Functional Doctor/Nutritionist highly recommended Purity Coffee! I've tried most of the Purity Coffees and EASE it is! I never "shop around" because the best is the best! BTW, I looked up the word mycotoxins. YIKES! Thanks for a clean coffee!!!

Great Taste and Healthy Flavorful Benefits!
So I selected Whole Beans, store them in a vacuum sealed canister, and only grind what I need for the day.
I have yet to have a problem finding a grind combination that doesn’t exceed my expectations. Grind for the MOKA pot, No Problem. Grind for a pour over, No Problem.
Grind for the taste… enjoy the healthy flavor.
