Our original medium roast specialty-grade organic coffee is decaffeinated with a chemical-free natural water process that removes 99.9% of caffeine and retains high antioxidant properties.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Our ground coffee is a medium-fine grind, and brew method, coffee-to-water ratio, and water temperature can all have a significant impact on the body and richness of the finished cup.
