Perfectly crafted to make your own cold brew at home. This coffee is rich in antioxidants and prebiotic compounds that support gut health. Crafted for health-conscious coffee drinkers looking for a refreshingly flavorful sip for the season.

BREWING METHOD

We recommend a French press with a stainless steel mesh filter, though any cold brew maker or large mason jar will work just as well. Also tastes great brewed hot and enjoyed over ice.

HOW TO BREW

Combine 75g (about 3/4 cup) of coarsely ground coffee with 32 oz (4 cups) of cold water.

BREW TIME

Steep in the fridge for at least 6–7 hours to extract maximum flavor, caffeine, and antioxidants. Press French press down after steeping.

Note: This coffee is specially ground for cold brew, using a coarse grind that allows for a slow, smooth extraction over 6-7 hours. If you plan to use a drip brewer, pour-over, or French press, we recommend choosing our whole bean option instead and grinding fresh for your brew method. Using this grind outside of cold brew may result in a weak or sour-tasting cup due to under-extraction.

    Love this coffee

    I love all the coffee from purity. the fact that it is 3rd party tested for metals and toxins is essential. that being said, cold brew is the only way I drink coffee and these beans are fantastic, offer the perks of caffeine and polyphenols of coffee without the bitter taste, course ground and cold brewed provides a semi sweet chocolatey flavor. I order several bags every time it is for sale

    Purty Good :)

    I couldn't taste the peanut butter until I had finally had some pb the other day to remind me of what exactly pb is supposed to taste like, lol. So, when I brewed another cup, yup, sure enough, I could finally taste the super nutty notes of pb. Yay! At last. And btw ya'll... I noticed long ago that a spoonful of pb on the side of coffee, or I suppose swirled in, is incredible. Ya gotta try it. Anyhoo, this cold brew formula does taste best to me cold, as opposed to the typical hot style. In both, I have frothed in a spoonful of goat milk as creamer. See pic. Kitten knocked out most of my coffee out of the cup tho before taking over my robe. He may not like coffee, but I sure do :)
