Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Love This Coffee
I have acid reflux and my doctor said to cut back on coffee. Well, I decided to try a low acid coffee and choose Purity. I have to say that it is really good. Smooth. Does not hurt my stomach. Try it even if you do not have acid reflux. The taste is very good!
