100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee® contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

The best coffee, there’s no contest.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Purity for several years now. I used to make my own “half-caff” coffee with their regular and decaf beans. Ever since they created their metabolic “balance” bean, I’ve been committed to that variation. I am highly sensitive to caffeine and this blend is so great. Absolutely no negative symptoms. I seriously can’t recommend it enough.

Health
I’m at a period in my life where I needed to reduce the amount of caffeine I consumed during the day. My coffee addiction was super strong. I found giving up the habit of the amount of cups I had during the day was way harder than just reducing the amount of caffeine. Plus with Purity I found that the health benefits was greater. So I switched from the Flow (which I also love) to balance. The taste is great the antioxidants are great and it has the right amount of caffeine I needed. Love this product and this company

As Far as Decaf goes, it’s good!
I love having the 2/3 decaf on hand for occasions when I need to cut back on caffeine. Generally not a fan of decaf so that says a lot. It satisfies the need for coffee with a nice smooth flavor.
