100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee® contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Excellence in a cup!
Purity is the smoothest way to start the day. Thier Balance blend has just enough caffiene to ease me into my day, in the most welcoming way. I highly suggest it for folks who suffer from histamine intolerance, caffeine sensitivity, and/or mold allergies. This is the only coffee that I have tried that doesn't trigger those issues in me. Thank you Purity!

Smooth & Easy
We love sharing this coffee with friends and getting them hooked on pure, quality coffee. Our moods are more stable after switching to the balance blend, and we love we can have a second cup in the afternoon without worrying about sleep disturbance.
