Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

The Best
I love everything about this coffee! I'm mindful of my caffeine intake, so this is a nice option. The care put into growing and roasting by purity is unmatched. It is organic, roasted to retain antioxidants, and third party tested for mold and mycotoxins. On top of all of that, it tastes so good! it is always a win to find something beneficial for your health that is also enjoyable to consume.
