Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20 g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check that your water temperature is between 195°F and 205°F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Worth the Switch
I’ve contemplated purchasing this coffee for awhile, but the price… I finally ordered a bag of our other organic coffee began tasting more bitter and no longer enjoyable. We’re so glad we tried it. We’re loving our morning coffee again and glad to know we’re not consuming chemicals and mycotoxins.

Delicious and Healthy!
I've tried many brands of coffee and I find Purity to be the absolute best. I generally dislike the taste of strong coffee with a "burnt" or "smoky" flavor. Purity Medium Roast is perfect for me. I enjoy iced Purity coffee in the summer too. The biggest plus is knowing that Purity tests for mold and other impurities, so I can drink my coffee with confidence.
