Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Very surprising coffee
I went ahead and purchased 4 types of Purity coffee. They were Calm, Flow, Ease and Protect. They tasted great, but I noticed one other thing, and it's hard to put into words. I found that after you swallow your first sip, you are left with a clean flavor. This is the only word I can think of. It's like no other coffee I have ever tasted. Regular coffee has a muddy finish, not muddy in a bad way. The flavor and acity is there, but it's not a clean finish like Purity gives you. It's really something you have to try and then you will understand.

The cleanest coffee around!
I had to quit drinking coffee for a long time due to how bad it made me feel. Found out later from my doctor that there are certain molds present in my system, and that coffee is one thing that can carry many molds. Lo and behold, I find this mold-free coffee that agrees with me and also tastes great! No bitterness here.
