Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Purity Protect Tastes Great
Let me tell you this! I am 79 years young and have never, ever been a coffee drinker…..until now. After reading the health benefits of intermittent fasting, I am now fasting daily from 6 pm to noon the next day. During these fasting hours, the only acceptable liquids are unflavored water, unflavored black coffee, and unflavored tea. This is when I first ordered Purity Protect Coffee and began drinking it black. The light-medium roast has the perfect flavor that I enjoy every day. I'm typically a light roast person, but I really love this coffee. It has a wonderful aroma, slightly fruity on the nose, and very smooth. I used to drink Lavazza's blond roast religiously, but when I accidently made a cup after having switched to Purity, it tasted terrible in comparison!
