This exceptional coffee comes from 18 Conejo, a women-led, family-owned farm in Honduras that honors ancient Mayan agricultural traditions to nurture the soils and produce nutritious, flavorful coffee. They descend from the ancient Lenca, the largest indigenous group in Honduras who align rituals of nature with their agricultural practices.
As the first demeter certified biodynamic coffee farm in Central America, 18 Conejo integrates ecological science with spiritual practices to restore soil health and promote holistic farming. The best
I had high expectations for this coffee, and it met my goal. This coffee had a great flavor and left me saying, "this is good coffee." When I was grinding the coffee beans, my husband could smell the good aroma from across the room. When I brewed the coffee in a pour over, it had plenty of creama.
