My life is back!
I’ve suffered from long-covid, histamine intolerance, CIRS, MCAS etc… for four years now.
My caffeine tolerance is incredibly low and my metabolism is slow. One cup of this in the morning keeps me going until about 10pm. I will admit that the first week was terrible and my body adjusted to having…energy? Again. It was excessive and I slept terribly. I’ve since settled in and am motivated to work for the first time in a long time. My migraine frequency has decreased as well. I sleep well now. I’m still getting into a new routine and have some bumps/habits that have been highlighted which I need to smooth out, but overall I am super grateful for this coffee. Thanks Purity!

Great for the caffeine sensitive

Excellence in a cup!
Purity is the smoothest way to start the day. Thier Balance blend has just enough caffiene to ease me into my day, in the most welcoming way. I highly suggest it for folks who suffer from histamine intolerance, caffeine sensitivity, and/or mold allergies. This is the only coffee that I have tried that doesn't trigger those issues in me.
