Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

My Favorite Coffee!
I’ve been buying this coffee for a while now, and the price-to-quality ratio is great. The coffee tastes fantastic! It doesn’t mess with my digestion, nor does it make me jittery, even though I drink about three mugs first thing in the morning. Just enough to get my day started!

Thanks for the honest feedback, Tatyana. I'm sorry this shot didn't come out the way it should. That certainly doesn't sound normal for Flow.
A couple of things that often cause exactly this (sharp/acidic, not creamy): grind size too coarse for espresso, or the beans needing a few more days off-roast to settle (fresh roasted coffee can pull thin and sharp in the first several days). "Dry" beans usually just means very fresh, oil hasn't had time to migrate to the surface yet, which is normal for beans roasted recently rather than a defect.

Smooth and Excellent Taste
