Great coffee for those who prefer light roast. Medium roast is my favorite, but I occasionally drink light roast to add variety and avoid drinking the same coffee all the time.

I have been drinking Purity coffee for 4 months now. Purity's coffee is delicious. And, I am also comforted that I am drinking organic, mold-free, pesticide-free coffee.

Im not sure what is different but the distinctive frutiness was nowhere to be found this time. I appreciate the liver support/antioxidant boost this coffee has but I can take a liver support pill for that. I really used to LOVE this coffee. But what I loved was that jammy fruit flavor profile that was im every bag I ever had before. It wasnt there this time.

Our blend can have slight changes from crop to crop throughout the year but the overall flavor profile should be consistent. If a whole bean product is tasting off, I would try adjusting some aspects of brewing. It can take some troubleshooting to nail the right coffee to water ratio and the right grind size. What brew method are you using? We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every eight ounces of water used to brew, though this can be adjusted up or down depending on your preference. If the flavor is tasting weak or sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. If the flavor is too bold or bitter, adjust the grind slightly coarser. Keep in mind, multiple brew factors will have an effect on your end result - water temperature and type, brew method, grind size, ratio and brew time, etc. If you feel that this is not related to the brew method or if you prefer, I can exchange or return the product. I hope this helps and I'll be standing by to assist you further. - BGBrandon G.Verified BuyerReviewingProtect Whole Bean Gift SubscriptionI recommend this productProduct Standouts Supports Health & Wellness, Certified Organic, Mold-Free, Smooth Flavor, No Chemicals or AdditivesRated 5 out of 5 stars3 days agoTemperature Makes All the Difference
I have been drinking Purity Coffee for quite a while from a French press. I have had a few bad instances where I took the boiling water and poured it on the grounds. The cup was very bitter and unpleasant.
I recently bought my wife a Breville Tea Maker which gives me the option to heat water to a specific temperature and then pour it immediately on the grounds. I have settled on 200 degrees. The coffee comes out amazing and the first time I tried it I literally thought the coffee tasted as good as the Gesha coffee. Mind blown!
