Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

So Good, so rich!
I’ve tried a lot of decaf coffees over the years, and most of them fall short—they either taste flat, over-roasted, or just lifeless. This one surprised me. The flavor is actually rich and smooth, with real depth, not that watered-down taste you often get with decaf. It has a clean finish, no bitterness, and you can tell the beans were handled well during the decaffeination process.
What I appreciate most is that I can drink it later in the day and still enjoy a great cup of coffee without the caffeine buzz. It feels like drinking real coffee, not a compromise. If you’re someone who loves coffee for the flavor but wants to skip the caffeine, this is one of the few decafs I’d genuinely recommend.
