Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Love it
I wasn’t expecting to “taste” a notable difference from my old coffee brand(which is also a great brand). But I did! And the taste is great surpassing my already loved coffee brand! The light roast is what I have and it also helps wonderfully for gut motility . So if you have trouble with slow transit and want a healthy coffee that taste great, this coffee is for you!

My favorite coffee!
I love Purity coffee, especially the Flow, variety. But Protect has now become my favorite beans to buy! Great flavor and I feel little extra perk compared to the Flow. Both are still great though!
