Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

First coffee I can drink black
I would never have believed I'd be able to drink coffee without cream and sweetener but was amazed at how great Protect tasted black. I purchased this for the high antioxidant content and the purity. As a senior on fixed income I have to watch my spending but this coffee is worth it to me.
