Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Smooth and tasty!
I am very careful about my health, having previously gone through both heavy metal chelation and mold removal treatments. Some toxin-tested coffees lose their flavor and are bitter, but Purity coffees are smooth and don’t have “bite”. I’ve been drinking their coffee for several years now, and will continue! Thanks Purity!

This is the smoothest, best tasting coffee. I am a huge coffee snob and I don't feel bad drinking more than a few cups of this. The only coffee I can drink without creamer!

Great coffee; tested for mycotoxins; and helping with MCAS *
Very pleased as I can manage MCAS and now I can still have a delightful cup of coffee symptom free, as the histamine release is notably different when I use Purity coffee … what a relief!
I thought it might be bland but it is delicious and full of flavour (I bought Protect but keen to try the other options too).
My one non negotiable is a cup of good coffee a day, and it’s not only good but great, and tested for mould plus helping my MCAS symptoms … it’s a WIN, WIN, WIN, for me :) Thank you Purity coffee.
