Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Amazing decaffeinated coffee.
I was testing different decaf coffee companies. It was very important to me that my coffee was mold/ mycotoxin, pesticides and other chemicals free. This coffee was very pricey so I was afraid to like it lol. I love the taste, smell and it’s hands down my absolute favorite!

Smooth & Relaxing w/o Sacrificing Flavor
CALM is one of the best decaf coffees I have tried. It is smooth, rich and doesn’t have the flat or weak taste that many decaf coffees have. I enjoy being able to have a good cup later in the day without worrying about too much caffeine. A little expensive, but the quality is definitely there!

Mold-free and tasty
I have been using Purity coffee for two years and now my daughter drinks the coffee also. The decaf is my favorite because I am caffeine sensitive, but I use the other varieties for my coffee enemas. So many good things about Purity... sustainably grown, organic, third party tested for mold, non-chemical process for decaffeinating.

Hi Allyse, thanks for giving Calm a try! We’d love to learn a little more about how you’re preparing it, as a very subtle coffee flavor isn’t what we’d expect. What brewing method are you using, and about how much coffee and water are you using per brew? If you’re grinding the beans yourself, your grind size would be helpful to know too. There are several brewing variables that can have a big impact on the finished cup, and we’d be happy to help you dial it in!

Great decaf
This is a very smooth low acidity decaf. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t include the roast date only an expiration date that is 10 months away. Most beans loose flavor after 3 months of the roast date.
