Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25–30 8 oz cups of coffee

Hi Sarah, sorry to hear CALM Decaf wasn't to your liking. We'd love to help you get the best flavor from your coffee! Oftentimes adjusting the grind size or coffee-to-water ratio can make a big difference in the final taste. We recommend two tablespoons of coffee for every 8oz cup of water used to brew. If the flavor is tasting weak/sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. If it is tasting too bold/bitter, try adjusting the grind slightly coarser. We are happy to answer any grinding and brewing questions you may have!

Excellent coffee!
I decided to switch to decaf coffee but couldn’t find a coffee that didn’t use chemicals to pull out caffeine. A friend told me about Purity/Calm. Calm Decaf
I love the taste of this product: Calm fresh whole beans! I will not buy any other coffee due to Purity’s Coffee being so free of toxins and molds and full of the good stuff!!
